O corpo-doente, o hospital e a psicanálise: desdobramentos contemporâneos? / The ill person-body, the hospital and psychoanalysis: contemporary unfoldings?

A reflexão histórica sobre o corpo-doente apresentase como tema central na consideração da subjetividade do sujeito frente ao adoecimento e à hospitalização nos dias atuais. O entrelaçamento entre corpo, cultura, história e sociedade é relevante na produção de sentidos sobre o sofrer, demandando, por sua vez, uma releitura do desamparo e do mal-estar frente ao adoecimento. A psicanálise, cada vez mais, tem sido chamada a responder demandas institucionais de sujeitos em sofrimento. Consequentemente, o objetivo do artigo é articular o corpo-doente, o hospital na atualidade e a escuta psicanalítica afim de contribuir com o fazer, o saber e o pensar psicanalíticos no hospital. O corpo é analisado aqui pelo seu vértice pulsional, encadeando-o com as representações do corpo adoecido e hospitalizado. A interpretação, como método operador, possibilitou essa releitura pela via do desejo. A escuta do sujeito do desejo revelou o adoecimento como sendo um enunciador da condição intrínseca do ser humano, da condição psíquica de incompletude e essencialmente faltante, campo frutífero à imersão do sujeito em condição de análise.

The historical reflection on the ill person-body is a central theme in the consideration of the subject's subjectivity regarding illness and hospitalization in current days. The intertwining among body, culture, history and society is relevant in the production of meanings about suffering, and demands, in turn, a reinterpretation of the helplessness and discomfort that are caused by an illness. The aim of this article is to articulate the ill person-body, the hospital in current times and psychoanalytic listening in order to contribute to psychoanalytic actions, knowledge and thinking in the hospital. The body is analyzed here from its driving dimension, which is linked with representations of the ill and hospitalized body. Interpretation, as an operating method, enabled this rereading through the path of desire. Listening to the desire's subject revealed that the process of becoming ill is an announcer of the intrinsic condition of the human being, the psychic condition of incompleteness, which is a fruitful field for the immersion of the subject in the analysis condition.

Body building, travestismo e feminilidade / Body building, transvestism and femininity

Neste artigo, parte-se da ideia de corpo virtual, de sexualidade e das histórias do travestismo e transexualismo. Aborda-se a busca pelo feminino por alguns homens e também por mulheres. Para tanto, utiliza-se o conceito de body building, um fenômeno que começou no pós-guerra e vem se solidificando na atualidade devido ao desenvolvimento da ciência na área de cirurgia plástica e outros métodos de construção do corpo. Discute-se a inadequação do termo travestismo, uma vez que a caracterização do feminino nestes casos não está mais só nas vestes e sim, também no corpo. Por fim, fala-se a respeito da força que a feminilidade exerce sobre o ser humano e de um novo sujeito que surge nas sociedades atuais, desafiando conceitos teóricos e padrões culturais de gênero.

In this work, we address the search for the feminine side by some men and also by women, from the standpoint of the idea of the virtual body, of sexuality and the history of transvestism and transsexualism. To this end, we have used the concept of body-building, a phenomenon that began in the post-war period and which, today, is stronger than ever due to the development of science in plastic surgery and other body building methods. We discuss the inadequacy of the term transvestism since the characterization of what is feminine in these cases is not only in the wearing of clothes, but also in the body itself. Finally we question the power that femininity has over the human being and discuss the new individual that is emerging in society today, challenging theoretical concepts and cultural gender models.

Perversão: uma estrutura, uma montagem ou outra coisa? / Perversion: a structure, an assembly or any else?

No presente artigo, a partir de questionamentos oriundos de uma pesquisa sobre a possível clínica da perversão, a diferenciação entre montagens perversas e identidade estrutural se situou como um nó central. Portanto visou-se nesse trabalho fazer um contraponto entre montagem e estrutura perversa através da narrativa produzida de duas vinhetas clínicas e de suas subseqüentes análises. Por estrutura podemos entender um conjunto de um sistema de elementos que obedecem a leis internas de funcionamento de modo que se um dos elementos se mover, a lógica que regula o conjunto também modifica os demais elementos da estrutura. Por outro lado, montagem seria a reunião de partes de modo que possam funcionar e cumprir um fim utilitário. O desdobramento produzido em tais análises levou-nos a caracterizar através da nomeação de funções, as diferentes faces que o Outro assume na perversão, em que a engenharia do fetiche faz sua diferença. Porém, ao percorrer o caminho do estruturalismo na psicanálise, via Lacan, foi possível considerar alguns impasses que se desenharam quando este psicanalista procurou engendrar sujeito e estrutura. Nesse sentido, apesar da diferenciação apontada entre montagens e identidades estruturais, outra coisa toma a cena clínica como sendo o fundamental na clínica das perversões.

At this article, since questions from a research about a possible perversion clinic, the distinction between perversion assembly and structural identity took part as a central case. So this work is aimed to make a contrast between perversion assembly and perversion structure through-out the narrative made by two clinic jingles and its subsequent analysis. By structure we can understand a set of a system of elements that adhere to internal laws of operation so that if one of the moving, the logic that governs the collection also modifies the other elements of the structure. By the other side, the assembly would be the joint of parts so they can run and deliver an end utility.The breakdown produced in such analysis led us to characterize through the appointment of tasks, the different sides that the other takes on perversion, where the engineering of the fetish makes the difference. Otherwise, passing by the way of structuralism in psychoanalysis, via Lacan, it was possible to consider some predicaments that have designed this when psychoanalyst seek generate subject and structure. In that sense, despite the distinction drawn between assembly and structural identities, something else takes the clinical stage as the key in the clinic of perversions.
